Refund policy


Geez Home Decor offers a return for items shipped from its store within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It can take up to 14 days for an item to reach us once you have returned it. As soon as we receive the item back in our store, it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to be posted in your account. For all returns, you will be provided with a pre-paid USPS or UPS return label which allows you to drop off the item at the USPS or UPS location convenient to you. 

Drop-Shipping Sellers

  • When your order is fulfilled and shipped by a third-party seller (Drop Shipping), your return is sent back to the seller instead of Geez Home Decor.  For Drop-shipping items, you will need to contact the seller whose contact details can be found on the shipping label attached to the package you received. If you fail to contact the seller, we will contact the seller on your behalf. The seller will provide you with the return /refund information.
  • Returns or replacements from a drop-shipping location will be addressed by the seller once the seller is contacted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging container. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us by emailing us at
  2. Confirm that you have received your order.
  3. Clearly state your reason for returning your product.
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  5. Pack the product with the original shipping packaging similar to how you had received it.
  6. Send all items back to us using the label provided
  7. Your payment will be processed and posted in your account once we receive the product. 

Track Your Return:

You can stay on top of your returns or replacement by tracking the product. You can only track returns with a prepaid label from USPS or UPS. 

To track your returns:

  1. Go to the shipping carrier. (USPS or UPS)
  2. Insert the tracking number in the box provided.
  3. View tracking information


There are some items that you can't be returned to Geez Home Decor.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags attached and be returned in the original product package. 
  • Returned items should not have any visible signs of use or damage.


 Items That Can't be Returned:

Geez Home Decor doesn't accept returns of the following items: 

  • Battery operated products more than 30 days after delivery. 
  • Products with missing parts more than 30 days after delivery.

Replacing a Damaged, Defective, Broken, or Incorrect Item

Please inspect your order as soon as you have received it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

If your item was damaged in transit and is not returnable, you are required to take a picture of the damaged item and upload it with your claim.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as natural flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns on items that are on sale or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have purchased in good condition, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


If you received a damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect item sold by Geez Home Decor, you can request a refund or replacement for any eligible item by contacting

You will be notified once we have received and assessed your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
